When you make a reservation through the booking module integrated into the website (CoverManager), we collect the data required to manage it: first name and surname, telephone, email, date, time and number of guests, and, where applicable, any comments you choose to include. We use this data solely to manage your reservation, confirm it to you and notify you of any issue.
If you contact us by telephone or email, we will process your identification and contact data in order to deal with your request.
Only if you accept analytics cookies do we use Google Analytics 4 to understand, on an aggregated basis, how the website is used and to improve our content. You can manage this at any time from Cookie Preferences.
The legal basis is the performance of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship (management of reservations), the legitimate interest in dealing with the enquiries you send us, and consent in the case of analytics cookies, which you may withdraw at any time.
Reservation data is processed through the CoverManager platform (Cover Solutions S.L.), which acts as the provider of the booking service. Analytics data is processed through Google Ireland Ltd. Data is not disclosed to any other third parties except where required by law.
Reservation data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the service and, thereafter, for the applicable legal periods. Analytics data is retained in accordance with the periods configured in Google Analytics.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to comercialmarinabaypalma@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a document proving your identity. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed.
